White collar crime partner, Audrey Koh, was interviewed by The Anti-Corruption Report for this article by Lori Tripoli, where she shared her views on the fallout from Sir David Calvert-Smith’s review into the SFO’s handling of the Unaoil case. Looking back on her time at the SFO, under the stewardship of Sir David Green CB KC, Ms Koh firmly believes that with committed funding in place and rectification of the current culture, the SFO can be the respected and feared enforcer it should be.
