AVONHURST ADVISES PHENNA GROUP ON ITS ACQUISITION OF A-STAR TESTING AND INSPECTION

Avonhurst has advised Phenna Group on its acquisition of A-Star Testing and Inspection, a leading global ultrasonic measurement (UTM) and non-destructive testing (NDT) business with operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and India. Corporate partner Emmanuel Amos led the Avonhurst team, supported by senior associate Joshua Swerner, and a team of local counsels including N8 Law (Singapore) and Donavan & Ho (Malaysia).

A-Star Testing provides a wide range of services to blue chip clients in the marine, offshore, oil & gas, petro-chemical and renewables industries in Singapore and across EMEA and APAC regions.

Phenna Group is a business focused on the testing, inspection, compliance and certification (TICC) sector, with operations in the United Kingdom, the United States, Ireland, Australia and the UAE.
