Ian Frost, Banking Partner at Avonhurst (as co-counsel with Niederer Kraft and Frey on Swiss matters and assisted by Oliver Elsaesser, banking associate at Avonhurst) has advised Kuehne + Nagel International AG on its new CHF450,000,000 RCF arranged by Citibank. This is most recent transaction on which Ian has supported K + N in relation to its financing arrangements and on enabling it to push forward its business across the globe.
