AVONHURST ADVISES PHENNA GROUP ON ITS SEPARATE ACQUISITIONS OF CANSFORD LABORATORIES AND EVOLUTION WATER SERVICES

Avonhurst has advised Phenna Group on its separate acquisitions of Cansford Laboratories and Evolution Water Services.

Cansford Laboratories is a leading provider of drug, alcohol and steroid testing services. Its founders pioneered hair testing more than 30 years ago, dedicating their careers since to improving and expanding the possibilities of drug and alcohol testing. Engaging in research to improve test methods – publishing findings and hosting international conferences for the test communities.

Evolution Water Services provides a range of specialist services including water treatment, water hygiene, consultancy, training and indoor air quality services designed to help clients achieve compliance and manage risks. Involved in the shaping of the water treatment industry for the benefit of end-users with an active representation on the council of The Water Management Society and the management of the Legionella Control Association.
