AVONHURST ADVISES NORMEC GROUP ON ACQUISITION OF I2 ANALYTICAL

Avonhurst has advised Normec Group on its acquisition of i2 Analytical, a leading testing laboratory business with operations in the UK and Poland.   

i2 Analytical’s testing services comprise environmental site services, construction materials and food testing services, benefiting from state-of-the art laboratories in the UK and Europe, a comprehensive suite of testing capabilities and accreditations.

Normec is the European TICC sector consolidator and a portfolio company of private equity firm, Astorg.
