AVONHURST ADVISES PHENNA GROUP ON HAT-TRICK OF ACQUISITIONS

Avonhurst has advised Phenna Group on its separate acquisitions of The RammSanderson Group and PKI Solutions and the acquisition of a majority stake in DM Safety and Health Services.

Corporate partner Emmanuel Amos led the Avonhurst team supported by counsel, Joshua Swerner, and a team including Thomas Mawson, Oliver Elsaesser and Katy Vella.

The RammSanderson Group is a UK-based provider of ecological consultancy, flood risk assessment and arboriculture services.

PKI Solutions is a US-based provider of public key infrastructure services and cybersecurity monitoring. Davis Wright Tremaine LLP advised Phenna Group as US legal counsel supported by Avonhurst as international counsel. 

DM Safety and Health Services is a UK-based provider of multi-disciplinary health and safety consultancy, construction safety and CDM support services.

Phenna Group is a global provider of testing, inspection, compliance and certification (TICC) services with operations in the United Kingdom, United States, Ireland, Australia, the UAE and Asia.
