James Wyatt is a partner at Avonhurst with broad cross-sector expertise. He advises in relation to structuring, raising capital for and executing transactions particularly in energy, infrastructure, extractive industries, real estate, gaming and healthcare.
He is a broad practitioner across finance, public and private corporate, real estate and commercial practice disciplines, with particularly deep sector experience in low carbon energy (particularly nuclear, wind, solar and hydropower), upstream / midstream oil & gas and transportation, as well as in public private partnership structures across a variety of sectors and geographies.
James has developed his career at leading private practices, most recently at Linklaters in London and the Middle East and, prior to that, at Slaughter and May. His deal experience is global, with notable concentration in EMEA.
His clients comprise a diverse range of asset managers, private credit and hedge funds, corporates, UHNW investors, governments, commercial banks, DFIs, ECAs and multilaterals.
