James Wyatt is a partner at Avonhurst. He advises on a broad range of financing products across numerous sectors, in particular - global project finance, energy and infrastructure sector finance and infrastructure acquisition finance.
He also has experience in private company M&A, joint ventures, as well as in negotiating a wide variety of other commercial and financing arrangements, particularly in the E&I and upstream oil & gas sectors.
James has developed his career at leading private practices– most recently at Linklaters in London and the Middle East and, prior to that, at Slaughter and May.
His clients comprise a diverse range of commercial banks, DFIs, ECAs, multi-laterals, corporates, funds, sponsors, financial investors and governments, across projects predominantly located in EMEA and MENA, notably in the UK, the Middle East and Africa.
